We had a great experience with JM Legacy from initial conciliation to project completed. They sent us itemized quotes with pricing and descriptions of all work to be done via email and we're very professional and prompt to answer any questions we had.  We compared and meet with a few other companies in our process to find the right remodeler. With JM Legacy Remodeling their was no doubt they were an honest up front ran company with good values. We had our upstairs tub-shower converted to a beautiful walk in shower(see photos). They did everything they said they were going to and more. Great open communication through the whole process, with changes to scheduling and any questions that we had during the project. We have already used them to replace our back exterior Door and will be using them in the future other projects. We are so pleased that we chose Jay and his associates to make our bathroom ADA accessible. Looking at the ‘before’ picture below, the shower stall and the non-working jetted tub did not allow a handicapped person to use them at all. Now look at the ‘after’ views of the zero-clearance shower area and especially the roomy bench with special fold-down grab bars and shower controls easy to operate. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!

Jay is special. He is true to his word and met all aspects of the contract on time and to the penny. He was there for every decision point and helped us find materials and accessories perfect for our particular situation. To help us, he brought in material samples for examination so we didn’t have to shop for things. His caring manner won us over right at the start and continued to completion.

We were further delighted by his staff. Luis and Cliff were thoroughly professional, meticulous, patient, and as tidy as construction allows. When the work was finished, Jay even sent in a cleaning crew (who actually did a better job than our normal ones). Five stars is not enough!
