Dropped in to check on the progress of another master bathroom. All the demo has been done, walls moved, electrical ran, rough plumbing done, niche and bench framed out, and the shower pan started.

FINISHED! This customer had the typical builder grade master bathroom and was ready for an update. They picked out the tile and we provided the Delta fixtures (all-brass components), a new 66"x36" soaker tub, MSI Quartz for all the horizontal surfaces on the tub and in the shower. We built a custom bench, shampoo niche's inside the two pony-walls so that the shower doesn't look cluttered up with shampoo bottles, installed new frameless 3/8" shower glass enclosure with a "water droplet resistant" repellant baked right into the glass, and installed the quartz on the tub to look like the tub is under-mount. We also installed new tile floors. The customer is ecstatic which means so are we! On to the next!

Customer is looking for a tub to shower conversion with a non-tile product that is grout free for the shower walls. Fortunately for us and her, we have FIBO. FIBO is a great option for people not wanting any grout in their shower area or even kitchen backsplashes.

We're out here diving headfirst into an exciting master bathroom renovation project. Our customer needed her space entirely revamped - from wall removal to new shower and vanity installations. She requested a private closet for the toilet accessible from both sides, a clever house flow feature! Her wish to transition the washer and dryer into the bathroom is an exciting challenge, coupled with a closet makeover. We're pulling out all the stops with new floors, fresh paint, updated mirrors, and lighting. Stay tuned for the transformation. This is going to be a showstopper! #BathroomReno #DreamHomeGoals

Potential client had an interesting request today. She wants to extend her current quartz countertop island with more of a quartz overhang, but doesn't feel the need to replace the existing top. Basically, she wants to add a hinge at the end of the cabinets to be able to flip up an additional piece of quartz kind of like the pass thru bar top at a bar. So, we'll see what we can come up with. The challenge is finding the right hinges that can sustain the weight of the quartz and also find a way to assist when lifting up the top. The couple is older and my fear is that without the right set-up they could easily be injured.
