We had our downstairs floors replaced as well as all of our bathrooms redone. It was such a great experience turned out beautifully. They where great to work with we will definitely use them again.

JM Legacy did a fantastic job on our remodel of our bathroom and helped repair what a previous contractor did not finish and left us without any money or materials to move forward! Jay and his crew came over to our house and finished everything we wanted, plus more! Very thankful for JM Legacy Construction!!!

JM Legacy Remodeling/Jay recently did a complete remodel on our master bathroom and closet area. He took our 70’s bathroom with narrow doors (4 of them), small tiles, and ‘lovely’ wallpaper and turned it into a much more open and workable space. Our goal was to open it up, expand doors (only 2 now), and make it much nicer for an ‘aging’ couple who hope to remain in it for a while longer. Jay came up with a very nice floor plan and provided input for us along the way in making choices for fixtures, tile, and a lot more. He really helped take a lot of the stress out of the process for us. When a serious leak was found under the old shower area Jay kept us calm and walked us through the process of replacing a few beams which his team did a great job of. We also had a very good experience with each of the workers on his team that came into our house, from the demo team, to plumbers, electricians, painters, glass installers, cabinets, countertops. and whatever we needed. Each one was professional and left the house in a picked up state each day which we appreciated. We would highly recommend JM Legacy Remodeling. Jay was wonderful to work with and we would definitely consider using him again on any future projects.

Jay recently helped us remodel our master bathroom and replace the counters and sinks in our other 3 bathrooms. He was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He went with us to pick out flooring and tile, and granite and quartzite. He sketched out the new floor plan before the project started and was very willing to accommodate last minute changes (which included moving the closet entrance from the bathroom into the master bedroom and extending the shower size). Everything was taken out from top to bottom and during demo, they made sure to cover everything with plastic and laid down paper covers on the floors. He kept us informed of their progress and the timeline and quickly addressed any concerns we had. We will definitely plan on working with Jay and his crew for any future projects.
